Standard grid inverters are the most commonly used type of inverters for trading electricity or producing electricity for own use. As they cannot run on batteries alone, this means they can only be used during daylight hours. That is, the electricity produced from the solar panels is consumed instantly or returned to the electricity grid for sale.
The inverter comes with the additional option of purchasing a Wi-Fi plug-and-play device with catalog No 423050 for remote monitoring, which connects to a dedicated input on it. It can monitor the status of the photo-voltaic system from a mobile phone or computer at any time and from anywhere in the world with the SolisCloud app. The app is compatible with Android and iOS in 10 different languages.
