The fastest and most convenient way to ensure leak-tightness and tensile strength of cables in junction and installation boxes is by using OBO’s V-TEC VM cable glands. With an integrated sealing edge and a special lamellar design, protection class IP68 is achieved. The tensile strength and leak-tightness have been tested in accordance with DIN EN 62444.
The thread can be either metric or PG – universally applicable. Once installed, the setup is permanent: the optimally selected thread with the correct pitch ensures long-lasting vibration resistance.
Application: from junction boxes in residential areas to distribution boards in industrial facilities.
