How does an air fryer work?

The air fryer cooks using high-temperature air, adjustable up to 230°C , which circulates at maximum speed and 360° inside the cooking chamber, ensuring even heat distribution. It's precisely this hot air that allows for even cooking of food and the formation of a crispy crust on the outside, comparable to traditional frying. Thanks to the hot air, you won't need to add a lot of oil to obtain delicious fried food; a simple spoonful will suffice, resulting in lighter, yet delicious dishes for the whole family. 

From the large digital display you can adjust cooking times, programs, temperature and timer.  The  25L Oven + Air Fryer  is multifunctional : Preheat, Airfry, Toast, Roast, Rotisserie, Desserts, Bagels, Pizza, Grill, Defrost, Proofing, Drying, Slow Cook, and Reheat. It features 2 extras: the rotisserie set and the rotating basket.
